Health Choices Initiative is SAGA Empowerment Services Coalition, NFP’s (SAGA.esc) social enterprise referred to as the Dawn Haley Tour.  Its focus is to provide a healthy lifestyle option to people living in marginalized communities where this type of support is greatly needed.

We also provide loving care and spiritual guidance to help people who are homeless to find purpose, direction and hope.
